She later attended Manhattan Area Vocational Technical School. She was a life-long Junction City resident, and a graduate of Junction City High School. Kathy was born Apin Junction City, the daughter of Kenneth Ray and Karen June (Kandt) Bumgarner. Kathy June Arnold Kathy June Arnold, 53, of Junction City, died Friday, at her home in Junction City.
